Hi! I’m MJ, and I’m passionate about communication and art in practically every format (music, dance, acting, books, painting, etc.). I hold a degree in Graphic Communication. While design is one of my greatest passions, life led me more into the path of communication.

 

When I talk about communication, I’m referring to anything that conveys a message. I know — that covers a lot of ground, but that’s exactly what I love most: the versatility of communication. In a company, for example, everything communicates! From the shapes and colors used in their branding, to the people who integrate the team — and within that, there’s both internal and external communication. It’s complex, isn't it?

 

With that being said, I love simplifying processes, keeping information concise, and planning things to be as straightforward and visual as possible so that everyone on the team can handle their tasks without a problem. Because, clear communication keeps processes moving smoothly, which means fewer errors and higher customer satisfaction (and, of course, increased revenue).
